Calis came to our attention some years ago after receiving many requests from our regular clients to feature this resort. Close to the pretty harbour town of Fethiye, the small, picturesque resort of Calis is set behind a promenade bordering a long stretch of beach which is a mixture of fine sand and shingle. The resort itself is quiet and 'laid back'. easy to walk around and wheelchair friendly along the front. Calis calls holidaymakers back year after year and locals can become long term friends. There are many places to eat & drink, mini-markets, and a post office, chemists and weekly bazaar as well as a selection of jewellery and clothing shops. The views across the bay to the Letoonia on the opposite peninsular are spectacular.
